Terms of Service

1. Provider
The Parsimo service (parsimo.io, the "Service") is provided by:

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. The Service
Parsimo is a cost-cutting intelligence platform that analyses business data provided by the Customer and produces strategic and tactical cost-efficiency recommendations, including AI-generated reports. The Service may be updated, improved, or modified from time to time.
3. Accounts
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of registration information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under its account. The Customer must notify CodeLotus Oy promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
4. Customer data
The Customer retains all rights to data it uploads or submits ("Customer Data"). The Customer grants CodeLotus Oy a limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. The Customer is responsible for ensuring it has the right to submit Customer Data and that such data does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
The Customer shall not (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service, (b) use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, (c) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service, or (d) resell or make the Service available to third parties without written consent.
6. AI-generated output
Recommendations and reports produced by the Service are generated by automated analysis and AI models. They are decision-support material, not professional advice. The Customer is responsible for reviewing outputs and for any business decisions based on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeLotus Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. CodeLotus Oy's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily by negotiation, and secondarily settled finally by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
- (a) The arbitral tribunal consists of one member.
- (b) The seat of arbitration is Helsinki, Finland.
- (c) The language of the arbitration is English.
